Hudson
Hudson is a Seattle based, boutique real estate agency that opened its doors in 2019. Since then, the agency has become known for its high standards and attention to detail—making the firm popular with prospective homeowners and home sellers alike.
Hudson wanted to create a brand identity that would resonate with high-end buyers/sellers, as well as having a familial feel. We achieved their goal by using a distinct wordmark that had an elegant bold look, with an emphasis on the letter ‘O’, making the logo more recognizable.
The typographic treatment of the logo suited the high-end real estate agency, while the use of black and white as the selected color palette was not only employed to put forth a sense of neutrality, but also the firm’s identity.
